1. How about your watch factory?
Answer: We are manufacturer of quartz watches and digital watches founded in Shenzhen since 2012, and our factory is running strictly following ISO 9001 protocol. 

2. What's your Custom MOQ? Can you accept ODM&OEM order or small order?Answer: Usually our custom MOQ is greater or equal to 500pcs. Besides, sample fee is refundable after order above 500pcs placed(Just for logo custom on face, case, buckle), and shipping fee by customer, other more details, please contact us!

3. How about your delivery time?
Answer: Normally, we usually ship the RTS watch within 3 days if in stock(except holiday), and the custom sample will be 20-30 days. For bulk custom watch, its delivery time is 45-60 days after confirmed all details and receipt of deposit before shipping.

4. What's your payment terms?
Answer: We can accept, such as, T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, Online Bank Payment, VISA, Escrow, etc. Besides, for bulk order, we charge 30% deposit and will ship goods out after the 70% balance are received.

5. Can I mix styles and colors if custom?
Answer: Yes, we only can mix two colors or two styles for 500pcs, but the mixed unit price will be higher than the single color or one watch style unit price of 500pcs.

6. What is your package?
Answer: Usually our packing for watch is OPP bag, we can also supply you custom or normal box, but needs pay extra cost.

7. What's your best price for this watch?
Answer: We will quote you best price according to your quantity, so when you making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.
